What types of units will be offered at Sebastian Shores? 

There will be both oceanfront and ocean view units available.  The duplex units will range from 1400 to 1680square feet.  The detached units will range in size from 1600 to 2200 square feet. All units will have garages. 

How many units will be available?

Since there will be only 40 units available only a limited number of owners will be able to call Sebastian Shores “home!”   (See enclosed map and floorplans)

Will there be a Homeowners Association?

Yes, to make Sebastian Shores the ultimate in easy living as well as protecting the value of your investment.  The Association will take care of virtually all outside maintenance – lawn care, weeding, siding, and common areas.
